The Role of Risk-Taking in Conflict Resolution
Female and male elephants' different behaviors in terms of risk-taking puts my attention. It's because research says in general, men are known to take more risks than women. So this explains in part why men engage more often in negotiations than women do. The same tendency indicates that women can be a better women negotiator. Even though it takes more time for them to reach a outcome, the outcome can be something that benefits multiple stakeholders rather than the one herself.
