The Clinical Importance of Variability in Dosing Requirements for Neuromuscular Blockade
A significant minority of patients required greater than recommended doses to achieve adequate reversals. The variability, I think, is inherent in all things related to neuromuscular blockade and reversal. It doesn't matter which blockade drug we're using. And I don't think it matters which reversal drug we're use.
