The Dangers of Refusing to Waive First Amendment Constitutional Rights

Barr was trying to show that he's going to hold on to attorney client privilege, even if it's something that would not remain as attorney client privilege based upon the crime fraud exception rule. How about the unconstitutional remand of a United States citizen back to prison because he refused to waive his First Amendment constitutional right? I want you to listen to also to think about that for a second. If in fact something like that exists and a president or anyone is capable of doing that to you, you don't have a democracy. And that's exactly what Bill Barr and Donald Trump did to me.
