When you come from a synchronous company, which a lot of people are, that's your base line. And everything you're doing asink and remote feels weird. But once you've been here awhile and you start to establish those is your base line, then i think it becomes a lot easier to go on an hour call with ben. It doesn't mean that we're now a synchronousCompany. We started trying to do, completely self directed, a sink sprint planning, and it was going ok, but it never got to a great spot. I'm glad that we tried it, because it gave us a lot of material and fodder to sort of back it off a little bit
