What steps should someone take if they find themselves in the position you were at, let's call it that dark night of that you were referencing earlier? T what are the first steps that someone should take to get to a better place? I want to say, think about what you want to be. But i think that that idea changes as you live life. And you kind of just need to live through that pain until you have an idea moulded out in your head and then start chasing that.
