The Politics of Crime Reform in Philadelphia

The politics of criminal justice reform have not changed that much in urban America. Democrats also fear they have to run in suburban and rural areas where it is. People do not, even people who are extremely critical of the police departments,. But again, there's no evidence denying it. It comes as a bit of a surprise to me but I'll say this: The evidence is kind of not there in big cities around the country.
