A good bank is a bank who knows you and doesn't throw you out because of some software glitch. Even those big banks I've banked with them over the years, in today's world, they get away from having a teller anymore. What I'm hearing in these situations is everybody's got this program in their head: Oh, my account's not important. And whatever the story is out there about what's going on, it doesn't relate to me and my account. You need to bring it into the risk management, your intimate space. Then you'll be better able to handle it.
