The Evolution of Spirituality
The idea of humility, mortification and self-abasement is diminished in Western culture. Nietzsche also rejected the idea of compassion and charity. And so again, there's a rejection of the old Christian ideas of duty to others. I can still see that a bit in New Age culture.
