How Do You Know if You're a General Contractor?
We actually didn't do a ton of like online research or more academic research outside of just trying to map the actual market opportunity. All of the customer discovery is really getting out there and talking to potential customers. The first one was anyone we talked to, we asked if they would be willing to speak to us for 15 minutes. And it's a very low commitment. So that helped expand the potential number of people that we could do the research with. We'd use those to actually reach out to folks that had been to Western University.
