I think this is ultimately a question about leadership, honestly. It's the way that I see leadership because right now, the thing that bothers me about institutions and a lot of people who run current institutions is that their main focus is protecting the institution or protecting themselves personally. That is bad leadership because it means you cannot have integrity. You can't get defensive and you cannot put your own protection before other things. Yeah, take risks where you might lose your job. You might lose your well-being because of... Because in the process of standing for the principles, for the things you think are right to do.
