What's Your Most Memorable Investment

When i got into the business, a the portfolio that i took over had a lot of investments in malti family housing projects. That's probably one of the reasons why i'm a little averse to our projects that aren't supported by your fannies and freddies of the world. One of the biggest things i've learned from an investment perspective is just having liquidity when others don't have liquidity will provide a tremendous amount of opportunities. And you need to be humble in this business. You could have a great track record for one year, three or five yearsand if you make too big a bet, you could lose that right away.
