The State Department's Control Over the Film

The state department received a certain amount of control over this film that was being shot. Bobbie thinks he had control, but the truth is the state department had the control. They did see a two and a half hour cut of the documentary and they had problems with it. The company that funded the documentary went belly up at the end of 1970. And then the post production house where all the editing was happening went gone in 1971. So essentially we're 52 years on and nobody knows where this film was.
