I think beach homes are quite different from a whole city like manhattan. So there's a huge amount of economic activity that takes place in manhattan, and you can't just pick up everything and leave. And one way to do it is with a se building vacation homes, or homes on the beach is a very different matter. They don't have to be built there. It's very easy for people instead, to build their vacation home inland, on a lake, if they like the waterrit rather than on the ocean.
