What Do I Need to Give My Clients in a Construction Project?
The legal review team at elms will be given a high level time line of events, an explanation of all the parties and how they related to each other. We also need to give them the broad categories of documents that word likely to be relevant - such as 'privileged' or 'non-confidential' papers. And finally we want to give them a list of the key documents that we would like them to read before they start reviewing.
