Is Judge Katzmann Taking Senior Status?

Judge Katzmann is a relatively young guy. He's in his 60s. There's no reason that he had to take senior status now. And I expect just as Melissa says, you have a lot of control over how what kind of case load you continue to carry as a senior judge. We also heard that President Trump is getting ready to mount his impeachment defense, but he's having difficulty finding counsel for the impeachment trial.
