Tracking Your Results Over the Longer Period
If you feel like, oh, i got to track this thing again, and then, ok, what is it even doing for me, is it? If you're not getting anything out of it and it's not important to you, then you're not going to stay motivated. And ultimately, you want to seeu get better, see you get higher,. see you get more consistent, and leading you to a better life, you know. You will stay committed to tracking them because it's that consistency in tracking them over the long time that not only gives you a motivation and inspiration, but also the validation of how far you have come.
