The 50s: A Reboot of the Original Trilogy

Alex: "I was into the idea of not trying to just replicate you know the time period and the ethos of the original trilogy like i think it is a bold and smart move if you're doing kind of a reboot or 20 years later sequel" He says there should be conflict all throughout and some kind of thematic arc where indy doesn't trust him but then learns to trust him as it goes along. The movie could have been divisive, he adds; fans wanted an exact retread of their favorite indie movie.
