Bob Iger is one of the most effective CEOs of our era. He's got a tough job ahead of him, and it's going to be a lot harder than the last time he was sitting in that chair. Chapek was a money guy who didn't understand the business and its relationship with its customers. And while being a money guy is like part of being a CEO, if you're bad at politics and bad at your own employees, you're a bad at Hollywood. You should not be the CEO. Yeah. Now, again, no guarantee of success here but if anybody was going to succeed, it's Iger.
