So I've been hearing the word wasm for let's just say eight years and I've heard all the promises. To some extent it is the next you know like isolated virtual machine right, he says. Wasm can be used to run smart contracts without having to come up with our own scripting language so there are a lot of people using it for interesting things. He doesn't see Wasm going away anytime soon but that level of sandboxiness and security is what makes it great.
