Is Bullying a Thing in High School?

Is bullying really a thing in high school? And if so, how does it actually play out? At our high school, it's different than other high schools. I think we have a lot of good platforms such as like the day of courage and like the LGBTQ day where we celebrate people's differences. But still you're still going to have people that don't agree and people that bully other kids for being different. So you just need to find like a fine line.
