When i talk about services across the life cycle for this type of solution, usually have hardware and software. So that means that when your solution has been sold to a pragmatist, they are expecting not only the integrated solution from the technology but also the services that go with it. Who is going to install it? Who is going to deploy it being connected to other systems in their facility? who is going to operate it in terms of security patches, health maintenance, et cetera. All thes services need to happen, and you need to put them together in an offering that makes sense for your customer.
