We tend to value even inadvertently value people who have the same skill set as us. I remember there was a guy that we worked with where every time we'd bring him in to show him what we're working on, he wouldn't get excited about it. We were bringing him in to say, Hey, go out there and galvanize this thing with everybody else. And instead it was just feeling unnecessary or judgment around something that wasn't his genius. Here's another note we got from Alana: She said that doing the working genius release so much guilt for her because she thought she was lazy about wanting a job.
Nobody is good at everything, yet we tend to dwell on our weaknesses and judge others for theirs. This week, the Working Genius team gives you the tools to stop feeling guilty at work.
