The Role of Research in Art

The way it's been at ArenaNet is really you're just in your little zone and you're working on your thing. And if you're ready to show, you just send it out or you walk up to the lead and say, hey, do you want to come check it out? Or sometimes they're just walking by and it's like, oh, that doesn't work. Do this, don't do that. It's more organic, I think, here. You know, before it was very like robotic. Every day we're showing what we're doing,. But here it'slike, you know, you do it till it's awesome. We tend to kind of steal
