I don't really like the concept of the healthier version of the dessert. Like all my desserts are actually with sugar. To me, when you're having dessert, it's a pleasure decision. This is not the moment where health happens. So that's more of my philosophy and the glucose goddess approach. All the desserts in this book have protein, fat and fiber in them. They help reduce the spike, but they have real chocolate and real sugar and no sweeteners.
