Roseanne Archibald was the ninth chief and national chief of the AFN or the 13th overall, if you count its early years as the national Indian Brotherhood. Terms are usually three years each previous national chiefs averaged about five years across all of them. Rubenstein: There's been problems there before her that were never addressed.
