Toma Bravo - What Is It That Holds You Together?

Culture is important to both Toma Bravo and your portfolio companies. What I mean by that is what is the shared mission and sense of purpose that creates a community and a company? Why do they do things a certain way? And if you have a strong identifiable culture that then gives you a core competency that is very difficult to copy because it comes from culture, you have it all. We feel almost embarrassed for defending companies that are not on plan and why that is. The way we talk to people is very similar, very open. We say it how it is and that serves us well.
