PayPal really needed massive volume before they could have wide adoption. Paypal has an incredible fly wheel where every person that has a paypal account can be a sender or a receiver of money, and becomes comfortable using the platform. And so so those are businesses that have a relatively high fixed cost and require massive scale to make the business actually work. The belief that you can get to that scale to make that vision a realityyou lay would be insane.
