CNN's John Defterios spoke to experts and people on the ground in hered. He says nobody has enough staff, but everybody knew they didn't have enough staff. One expert said airlines were greedy because they planned their summer schedule for last year when there was no way of knowing how much traffic would be coming through this airport. And that gave third party industries like fueling planes or putting on food a long time to figure out what kind of staffing levels are needed.
