The Condensed History of Matoon

The town of Matoon is no bigger than it was then. It still hovers between 17 and 18,000 residents as of 2022. There are people that just think that the police made that story up to try to get the heat off of them because people were criticizing their police work. This is why I don't think this is a Halloween episode. To me, this is not spooky at all.
