Liberality and Generosity Are Relative to What One Has

Aristotle tells us that liberality resides not in the multitude of the gifts but in the state of character of the giver and this is relative to the giver's substance. Nothing to prevent the man who gives less from being the more liberal man if he has less to give do you recall the biblical parable of the widow's offering Jesus said truly i tell you this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others they all gave out of their wealth but she out of her poverty put in everything all she had to live on.
