The GOP's Plan B for Wisconsin's Democratic Party
The Democratic vote coming out of Dane County, which is Madison, Wisconsin, is much more impressive than what we get out of Milwaukee County. Republicans have figured out how to target Milwaukee voters, black voters, low-income voters, Latino voters, and to some extent, young voters. This will continue until it's made illegal, because Republicans know if they stop people, they don't want to vote from voting. And black voters are at the top of that list,. then that's how they can win elections.
