The Cost of Externalization of AI

Professor: AI can only get better and smarter by the more that it ingests. He says there's a lot of abdication of responsibility happening where we don't really know what's going to happen. "Right now, the AIs that I've seen are not AI," he says; they're just autocomplete skin on Google search.
