In the same way a microbe can develop an idea, which might be I'm going to produce this nutrient and it's producing this nutrient. It puts it out into the environment with a stream of carbon information that says, I am sending out this nutrient if anybody needs it. And so just like the wireless communication that keeps your cell phone, you know, you can pick it up and call Zach and Virginia, no problem. Takes less than a split second and we're talking on the phone. That is quite literal as far as how far reaching it gets pretty trippy. We are actually coursing through this information stream all the time if there's plenty of microbial life around us.
