How to Use Working Genie to Get People to Where They Are

I wonder if we actually could use working genius to help us in conversations with people. I do think that there is a natural way for us to engage in those conversations based on our own working genius. But I like the idea of being aware too about how would you even approach that using working genius as a communication tool. It really does go back to working genius being a measure of your joy and fulfillment over your confidence.
