The practice of exorcism really kind of faded away after the second vatican council. The arch diocese of indianapolis has always had a stably appointed exorcist. So when it fell out of r ise, indianapolis always had one appointed by the bishop. Ironically, he was the parish priest where i a great school. Never imagine one day i would inherit a job that he had.
