In 1986, there was a THM thesis critical of this view published by Putout or written by Richard White. And I think since that time, especially since some more reformed people have switched over into this opinion in the Greek sense. This isn't on the same level as the disagreement over the meaning of the Nazarene vow. But you don't disagree with this one without being called a heretic. It would be nice if you didn't have to use this language, but I don't know how to avoid it.
