The Failure to Investigate Matthew White's Death
I'm not surprised that there's been yet another appalling failure to add to the 30 years of failed investigation. I would want to think what could happen given that Matthew White is dead so clearly there can't be a prosecution. So there's a number of possible leads does the exposure of this failure by Daniel indicate that there may well be other failures still to be unearthed and to disclosed. That's certainly concern of my client Dwayne Brooks who calls for complete transparency now after 30 years from the police. And looking backwards, clearly there should be any sort of disciplinary investigation by an outside force to see if there should be either criminal or disciplinary charges brought against any of the officers involved in these failures.
