Nabokov has a tragic flaw like this person who sees all of their actions through a particular light and does not is incapable of considering them from another perspective sure which is going to send them down this terrible path but otherwise they view you know and not otherwise completely view themselves in high esteem. He can't stop his attention from falling on what it's gonna fall on unfortunately yeah so like he he knows that it's bad or at least that society can consider is it bad but he can't really stop himself.

How does he feel about him? The difficult subject matter is just one of the things that has earned Lolita its place in the literary canon.
