The Magnitsky Act and the Russian Revolution
The Magnitsky sanctions are a revolutionary instrument that allows those democracies to go after specific human rights violators and freeze their assets. They also ban them from entering democratic countries, which is what we very much want to be part of. So do you feel that the Magnitsky powers are not being used? There are being used, but not to the extent they should be used. The Magnitsky legislation only will not topple the regime in the Kremlin. It's going to be a combination of different factors. And the first and foremost is Ukraine's victory, on Ukraine's terms.
