Is Micro Management a Good Option?
i would lean towards making mistakes now, trying different things. In terms of micro management, i don't know what to tell you. If you're keen about the overall work you're doing, so not the micro management, but the outcome and everything else, then i may be leaning towards looking for ways you can get exceptional results.
