How Jay's Alwits Created a Blog

The amount of people to bring on is directly related to the volume of reading required. Were you doing editing as well and helping people make their pieces better or were you simply reading it and saying yes no good enough not good enough? I was trying not to spend too long on each piece mainly because we needed to test a lot of public test a lots of types of stories in order to find what works. It created a more interesting destination to have a hundred people tell their tech story than to have two people tell it really well.
