The Future of Science Fiction
The challenge is going to be having to deal with a society that has cyborgs with additional appendages at the same time as people have chosen to live in silica. With that vision, I am desperately sad that you don't write science fiction because to be able to hold all of those things in your head gives me the sense that you may be able to actually characterize such a vision. And I think those stories are really, really important for humans to hold. In mind, I would love to see somebody render that in a convincing way.
