Solomon and the Twelve Apostles of the Land of Israel
In first kings, chapter four, solomon delegates his authority to the people around him. He dedicates or distinguishes the sources of the provisions for the nation of israel not according to tribal lands, but according to geography. And he does this in a way that kind of transcends the tribalism that could still exist amongst the kingdom of rael.
