Sustainability is an approach that allows you to get to whatever your goal is in a reasonable time frame. I was pushing myself through so much shit by the end of it that I just gradually lost sight of all of that because my Physical and mental state was just not allowing me to retain any semblance of rationality. The amount of sleep deprivation and like caffeine addiction that I had at the time It was unhuman or inhuman. But honestly looking back, it's one of the best things that ever happened to me.
