There's an element of sociopathy in Adrian as well, he really does see himself very superior to everyone else. He starts describing the fact that he's been orphaned. More is contrasting Adrian Vite with Rorschach because we are seeing broken homes in both of them. One character's mother made her. How many things do we do? That's my favorite motivation.
