So am, some of you know me, and we've been together, running these sessions since a march trin to remember what year it is now. i'm just going to invite us to do a short practice that will help us arrive, if you like. So as best you can, making a choice, really listening, what does my body need right now? And you're settling and in this practice, knowing that having your eyes pen or closed is absolutely fine.
