Is Hershe's Chocolate Really a Diet?

I don't think intuitive eating works when you have these hyper palatable modern foods. It only works in the environment of natural food yes, but again, not like necessarily diet or piledi just like whole natural foods. If you want to do cheese cake, ya, hersy's chocolate bars, that all works fine. S just the food you're always going to over eat.
