How to Get Better on the Phone

One of the things that it seems to me that students worry about more is actually understanding. Do you do any work with students on telephone English? Absolutely. And a lot of those phrases are the same phrases that we use every day around the world. If they have learned a few common phrases that everyone's using, even native speakers are using, they're not going to be any worse than anyone else.
