The Role of a Coach
If all you are is a collection of knowledge and the ability to say the right answer scientifically, that is replaceable. But being able to have rapport and an inner in a relationship with an athlete facilitates their ability to better understand their own motivation. I think that's a lot harder to replace. And yeah, you can be a coach who also knows a bunch of science. Don't get me wrong. But it is not it's not your job. Your job is to stay up to date with the latest things and have good methods. That is helping people do hard things.
