Rotten History and This Is Hell

June 10th 1838 185 years ago this week at a farm near Myal Creek in New South Wales Australia a group of settlers murdered about 30 unarmed indigenous men women and children. Seven settlers were later arrested, found guilty and hanged. Similar incidents to be committed by completely sober people mind you and tens of thousands of Aboriginal people were murdered but there were few witnesses and the murders were almost never sought or caught or punished.
